Upcoming and Recent ICoDE Systems Activity

The World Federation of Ukrainian Medical Associations (WFUMA), during the XIth WFUMA Clinical Congress, hosted the first international web-conference the linking a clinical site in Philadelphia, PA (USA) with multiple urban and rural sites in Ukraine. Participants in Ukraine were at the XIth Clinical Congress site in Poltava, various centers in Kyiv, Xarkiv, Zhitomyr, and Lviv, and hospitals in Pidhyatsi, Dolyna, Berejany and Rohatyn. Topics spanned childhood as well as adult issues:

International Medical Programs, Inc. (and its affiliate ICoDE Systems, LLC) make an in-person presentation to the 11th Biennial World Federation of Ukrainian Medical Associations (WFUMA) Congress held in Poltava, Ukraine.

Live Interactive Collaboration Demonstration (LICD) at the Friends of Ukraine Radiology Conference linking a university setting in Philadelphia and annex site in New York City in the USA with the main conference site in Lviv, as well as a remote rural hospital in Pidhaytsi, Ukraine, brought together over 500 participants. National Medical Academy of Post-Graduate Education (NMAPE)
(formerly Kyiv Medical Academy of Post-Graduate Education, KMAPE) - Kyiv, Ukraine
New expanded scope of agreement for cooperation to include initiatives directed to regional public health & medical needs for GUAM (Republic of Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan & Moldova) and proprietary ICoDE Systems, LLC, an affiliate of IMP, ISAP (I.S.A.P. - Integrated, Scalable Audio Processor - Accepts audio signals from a variety of remote sites with varying transmission paths. Digitally processing each for maximum intelligibility. Digitally summing for program record master. Simultaneously creating required mix for discrete return to remote sites. Tasks performed with minimum of operator intervention) technology. Previously, ICoDE Systems (and its affiliate International Medical Programs) and KMAPE agreed to cooperate on initiatives to further the unique post-graduate medical education model of Ukraine in conjunction with the research-based advanced tele-medical education delivery capabilities of IMP/ICoDE.

Cooperation agreement to further the unique telemedicine video network protocol and compression technology developed at KCH1 in conjunctions with ICoDE Systems ISAP technology and proprietary methodology of integrated telemedicine content delivery systems. Also, to further common large urban area public hospital capabilities and identify solutions for unique needs with targeted Western hospital-to-hospital exchange efforts. Also, identify where KCH1 can further broader Ukraine public health needs by utilizing KCH1 telemedicine expertise in conjunction with ICoDE Systems’ proprietary delivery solutions methodology.

Memorandum of Understanding regarding cooperation
HVCC provides(d) IMP and its ICoDE affiliate with teleconferencing broadcast studio facilities and support. Their equipment and technical team provides ideal teleconference capability whether ISDN, satellite routing or web-based, for successful up-links or down-links.
